NEBBIOLO COSTE DELLA SESIA DOC
Since the fourth century A.C. the Celts (Lepontini) were growing the vineyards in our area, they were the first to use oak barrels for storing and aging wine; to them we dedicate this precious expression of the viticulture of the High Piedmont area. Our Nebbiolo remains in large oak barrels for 18 months. Ruby red colour with garnet reflexes, the bouquet is ample and mellow, pleasantly bitter and velvety on the palate.
Renewed vine-shoot (Guyot), grass regeneration, limited organic fertilization.

Controlled temperature fermentation
Natural min. alcohol content: 13% vol.
Ruby red colour with shades of orange, rich and persuasive scent, velvety and pleasantly bitter taste.
7 – 8 years and longer
Perfect for elaborate meat dishes, it’s also ideal with game.
Recommended with beef fillet.
