Selection of Gattinara is produced only in the best vintages with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, Cesare comes from the vineyards on the hills of ancient volcanic origin, with rocky terrain, rich in mineral salts of iron.
Careful selection harvest, intense and prolonged maceration, and subsequent maturing in a particular type of tonneau make Cesare a Gattinara ready to amaze noses and palates, for this reason, the amount of added sulfites is reduced to a minimum. The color is red garnet, and the nose develops floral scents of violets
and then opens up with notes of plum and cherry liqueur. Taste dry and elegant tannins well cast, abundant but balanced and pleasant, large and ripe fruity, warm, fresh, and tasty final contrail.
