1. Cancellazione Gratuita

   • Le prenotazioni possono essere cancellate senza alcuna penale fino a 3 giorni prima della data di check-in.

2. Cancellazioni Tardive

   • Per le cancellazioni effettuate oltre i 3 giorni precedenti al check-in, verrà addebitato il costo della prima notte di soggiorno.

3. No-Show

   • In caso di mancata presentazione senza preavviso (no-show), verrà addebitato il costo totale del soggiorno.

4. Conferma della Prenotazione

   • Per confermare la prenotazione è richiesto:

     • Una carta di credito valida a garanzia, oppure

     • Un acconto equivalente al costo della prima notte da versare al seguente IBAN:
       IT07T0503444500000000020756

       • Causale: Nome e Cognome del soggiornante

5. Comunicazioni

   • Cancellazioni o modifiche devono essere comunicate tramite email o telefono.

   • Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the check-in date.

2. Late Cancellations

   • For cancellations made within 3 days prior to check-in, the cost of the first night will be charged.

3. No-Show

   • In case of no-show without prior notice, the total cost of the stay will be charged.

4. Booking Confirmation

   • To confirm the booking, we require:

     • A valid credit card as a guarantee, or

     • A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night, to be transferred to the following IBAN:

       • Reason for payment: Guest’s First and Last Name

5. Communication

   • Cancellations or changes must be communicated via email or phone.
