Please note that Anzivino will not make any advance charges on your card. 7 days before your arrival, we will proceed with a pre-authorization request for the full amount of the stay to verify its validity. This operation may result in a temporary reduction in your card’s available spending limit, but it does not constitute an actual charge. For further clarification, we invite you to contact your credit card issuing entity.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any penalty.
- For cancellations made after this period, the cost of the first night will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
