Rosa Continuo
A Méthode Classique Rosé sparkling wine born from the encounter between Pinot Nero and our Continuo. The base is a blanc de noir from Pinot Nero grapes, which after secondary fermentation ages for 36 months on the lees. At disgorgement, the dosage is made with our Continuo — the amphora Nebbiolo — giving the rosé color and a unique character tied to Gattinara's terroir.
