Rosa Continuo

Rosa Continuo

A Méthode Classique Rosé sparkling wine born from the encounter between Pinot Nero and our Continuo. The base is a blanc de noir from Pinot Nero grapes, which after secondary fermentation ages for 36 months on the lees. At disgorgement, the dosage is made with our Continuo, the amphora Nebbiolo, giving the rosé color and a unique character tied to Gattinara's terroir.

Cellar Notes

The rosé colour and the final character come from the dosage with our Continuo, the amphora Nebbiolo, added at disgorgement to a base of Pinot Noir vinified as white and aged 36 months on the lees. Hence the name.
