Cellar Notes
After two years in tonneau, the wine matures for 12 months in a terracotta amphora sealed with beeswax. The clay comes from the same soil as the vineyards, which is where the name Continuo comes from. The sealed amphora allows minimal aromatic exchange and preserves the minerality of the Nebbiolo.
