Continuo — Amphora Wine

Continuo because the grapes grow on the same soil used to make the amphorae in which the wine matures. Twelve months in beeswax-sealed amphora, after two years in tonneau. The result is a wine with a strong character and very distinct minerality.

Vinification

Fermentation and maceration in wood, ages two years in Tonneau. Maturation in amphora waterproofed with beeswax for 12 months.

Vibrant minerality enriched by delicate sweet notes, creating a complex and harmonious aromatic bouquet. The tannic structure expresses itself in a persistent and refined way.
