CESARE GATTINARA DOCG

Selection of Gattinara produced only in the best vintages with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, Cesare comes from the vineyards on the hills of ancient volcanic origin, with rocky terrain, rich in mineral salts of iron.
Careful selection harvest, intense and prolonged maceration and subsequent maturing in a particular type of tonneau, make Cesare a Gattinara ready to amaze noses and palates, for this reason the amount of added sulphites is reduced to a minimum. The color is red garnet, the nose develops floral scents of violets
and then open up with notes of plum and cherry liqueur. Taste dry and elegant tannins well casted, abundant but balanced and pleasant, large and ripe fruity, warm, fresh and tasty final contrail.
