Return Policy

 

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us at Anzivino. However, due to the nature of our product, we have adopted a specific return policy to ensure the quality and authenticity of the wines we offer.

 

Final Sales

All sales made on our site are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for completed orders, except as noted below.

 

Exceptions: Corked Bottles

In the rare event that a purchased bottle is defective due to the cap (corked bottle), we offer the option of replacing the product. To request a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. Keep the cap: The cap of the defective bottle must be sent back as proof of the defect.

  2. Timely Communication: The replacement request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  3. Returns: Contact our customer service via the email indicated on the site to receive detailed instructions on the return procedure.

 

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping for the return of the cap is at the customer's expense. Once we have received and verified the defect, we will ship the replacement bottle at no additional cost.

 

Limitations

Complaints or returns are not accepted for personal tastes, errors in the order placed by the customer, or for unsuitable storage conditions of the wine after delivery.
